Omnia Capital is a company active on the mergers and purchases market which recently took over the Dumagas Transport group from the Bancroft investment fund, one of the most important businesses in the transport industry in Romania, a business of over 150 million lei in 2021 , according to the latest data. Next, Omnia Capital is looking to take over other transport companies, usually those with a turnover of over one million euros and no more than three shareholders.
