Dumagas Transport, a group taken over from the Bancroft investment fund by Omnia Capital, a company active on the mergers and purchases market, operates through 300 of its own units and has the capacity to transport including for the pharmaceutical industry, having about 120 refrigeration units, stated Matei Ladea, co-founder and partner of Omnia Capital at the ZF Health&Pharma Summit’23 conference.
He also added that in the future equipment and refrigerated vans will be purchased, as well as investments for drivers training.
