Omnia Capital purchases the company Dumagas Transport SA, one of Romania’s top carriers, a company with huge operational experience. Thus the foundations of a trans-European platform of 100 million euros is established.
The transaction is part of Omnia Capital’s strategy to invest in strategic industries and fragmented sectors, transport being in the attention of investors for 2 years with the aim of consolidating the sector around Romanian and UK companies, on which occasion discussions were held with ~900 of companies from Romania and ~400 from the UK.
