Omnia Capital, a private equity company active on the mergers and purchases market founded by Matei Ladea and Bogdan Georgescu, purchases Dumagas Transport, one of the largest freight carriers in Romania, from the British investment fund Bancroft Private Equity, which also owned Mobifon SA (Vodafone), according to Profit.ro information.
